Terms of Use
Last updated 10 August 2026
1. Website use
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Sofiology website operated by Sofiology. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the rights, security or operation of the website or other users.
2. Information, insights and diagnostics
Website content, articles, frameworks, assessments, diagnostics and other materials are provided for general business-information purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
Diagnostic scores, commercial-exposure scenarios and similar outputs are indicative and based on the information or ranges supplied by the user. They are not verified financial-loss calculations, forecasts, guarantees or audited findings.
3. No guaranteed business outcome
Business performance depends on many factors outside Sofiology’s control. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of revenue, growth, savings, conversion, profitability, operational improvement or any other specific outcome.
4. Client engagements
A website enquiry, diagnostic completion, meeting request or discussion does not by itself create a consulting, agency, outsourcing, managed-services or other client relationship. Any engagement is subject to separate commercial terms, scope and agreements accepted by the relevant parties.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, frameworks, diagrams, diagnostic logic, reports, brand assets and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Sofiology and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use publicly available content for normal personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, systematically extract, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.
6. User submissions
If you submit information through the website, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading or harmful. Do not submit confidential information unless the relevant channel and engagement are appropriate for doing so.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party platforms, scheduling tools, communications services, analytics providers or other external services. Sofiology does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent availability, content or policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, remove or update website features and content without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We may also correct errors or update information at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sofiology is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing terms
Specific client engagements are governed by their signed agreements. If a website-specific governing jurisdiction is configured, it is shown below.
These Terms are subject to the applicable laws governing Sofiology and use of this website. Any engagement-specific governing law or jurisdiction will be stated in the relevant agreement where applicable.
